Ganache Plates - Round 3" to 12.5"

Set of 2 Ganache Plates 

Ranging from 3inch to 12.5inch (custom sizes on request)

Can be used to acheive a flat top and crisp edges with ganache, buttercream or frosting, whilst being resuable.

Each plate is marked with the size so that you never have to wonder which is which! 

• " plates are used incase your cake shrinks
• .25" Plates allow for 1/8" Frosting around the cake
• .50" Plates allow for 1/4" Frosting around the cake

*Plates need washed in hot soapy water before and after use, not to be used in dishwasher or with boiling water to avoid warping.
